The scope of our services, our obligations and the client's, the service level, and limits of liability at Reef Value.
1. Definitions
"The Company": Reef Value Company. "The Client": any natural or legal person requesting our services. "The Service": what is described on the website pages, in the quotation, or in the written agreement.
2. Acceptance
By using the site or requesting any service, the client is deemed to have accepted these terms and the privacy policy.
3. Scope of Services
Reef Value is a Saudi entity comprising four divisions: smart facility management, Maximo & asset management services (Reef MAS), enterprise software, and company formation and operation. Each service is delivered by its specialized division under its own terms, in addition to these general terms.
4. The Company's Obligations
- Performing the service with professional care and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Informing the client of their application's status and any additional requirements as they arise.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of the client's data and information.
5. The Client's Obligations
- Providing correct and complete information when contacting us or requesting the service.
- Complying with the terms of the relevant division when contracting with it.
6. Fees & Payment
Fees are set out in the quotation or agreement. They are paid on the agreed schedule and do not include any government fees or third-party licenses unless explicitly stated.
7. Service Level
We commit to responding to contact requests within one business day and routing them to the relevant division. Detailed service levels are defined in each division's agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
The site's content, our marketing materials, systems, and code are the Company's property and may not be copied or republished without written permission. The client's data and content remain their own.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for decisions by government authorities or third parties beyond its control, and in all cases its liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in dispute.
10. Confidentiality & Data Protection
The client's data and documents are treated with complete confidentiality under the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law.
11. Force Majeure
The Company is not deemed in breach of its obligations if performance becomes impossible for reasons beyond its control.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute. To contact us: info@reefvalue.sa.
